SuperTux Advance - Beta web version port

Controls:

• Move: arrow keys
• Jump: Z
• Shoot: X
• Alt fire: C
• Special: left shift
• Item swap: A
• Pause: Esc

A port of SuperTux Advance so that it can run in a web browser! Note that I'm not the author of SuperTux Advance; I simply ported the codebase to javascript and a browser environment.
